Sono state rese note le nomination per la 21° edizione degli Screen Actors Guild Awards noti come SAG Awards. Premi molto prestigiosi, secondi solo ai Golden Globe, BAFTA e agli Emmy Awards, che vengono consegnati ogni anno dallo Screen Actors Guild come riconoscimento per le migliori interpretazioni degli attori che costituiscono l’associazione.
Da segnalare la duplice nomination sia di Benedict Cumberbatch (The Imitation Game e Sherlock) sia di Mark Ruffalo (Foxcatcher e The Normal Heart) nelle sezione film e serie tv. Piccola novità nella categoria Female Actor in a Drama Series, dove compare Viola Davis per la sua interpretazione in How To Get Away With Murder.
