Ieri sera si sono tenuti a Los Angeles gli Screen Actors Guild Awards noti come SAG Awards, premi assegnati dal sindacato degli attori ai migliori interpreti della serialità televisiva e cinematografica.
Per quanto riguarda le serie tv, poche o nessuna novità. Maggie Smith e Bryan Cranston si sono aggiudicati il premio come miglior attore e attrice in una Serie TV, Modern Family e Breaking Bad hanno ottenuto invece la statuetta per miglior cast. Anche nel comparto miniserie non ci sono sorprese, Michael Douglas, già vincitore di un Golden Globe per lo stesso ruolo, si aggiudica il premio per la miglior interpretazione in una miniserie, grazie al ruolo di Liberace in Behind the Candelabra.
