
Golden Globes 2017: La La Land, The Crown e tutti gli altri vincitori
Nella notte sono stati assegnati dalla Hollywood Foreign Press Association i Golden Globes. La sezione cinema vede come vincitore indiscusso La La Land, che si aggiudica sette premi in tutte le categorie in cui era nominato. Moonlight, presentato all’ultima Festa del Cinema di Roma, vince come miglior film drammatico, mentre il premio per il miglior film straniero va ad Elle.
Casey Affleck, Aaron Taylor-Johnson e Viola Davis convincono tutti con la loro performance rispettivamente in Manchester by Sea, Nocturnal Animals e Fences. Per l’animazione vince su tutti Zootopia. Il premio alla carriera Cecil B. DeMille va a Meryl Streep, nominata anche come miglior attrice in una commedia per Florence Foster Jenkins.
Forse un po’ inaspettatamente i grandi vincitori della sezione telefilm sono The Crown e The Night Manager, assieme ad Atlanta per la sezione Comedy. The Crown si aggiudica il Globe per la migliore serie battendo un Game of Thrones che forse aveva già vinto troppo, uno Stranger Things che come genere non era un gettonatissimo vincitore e un Westworld forse troppo recente.
The Crown porta a casa anche il premio per migliore interpretazione femminile con Claire Foy. Billy Bob Thornton come migliore attore maschile in Goliath è forse l’unica voce fuori dal coro. Per The Night Manager vengono premiati Hugh Laurie, Olivia Colman e un po’ a sorpresa Tom Hiddleston. Il resto va all’apprezzatissimo People v. O.J. Simpson.
