Domenica 8 Febbraio sono andati in onda gli Oscar inglesi, i BAFTA. Il British Academy of Film and Television Art ha incoronato i migliori film della stagione con un occhio di riguardo alle eccellenze inglesi. Nessuna novità nelle categorie principali, dove vediamo trionfare ancora i migliori attori protagonisti e non: Julianne Moore e Eddie Redmayne rispettivamente per ‘Still Alice‘ e ‘La Teoria del Tutto‘ accompagnati da Patricia Arquette e J.K. Simmons per ‘Boyhood‘ e ‘Whiplash‘. Miglior regista per Richard Linklater e il suo ‘Boyhood’ che porta a casa anche Miglior Film, mentre ‘The Theory of Everything‘ Miglior Film Inglese. Non avrei dato così tante statuette alla teoria del tutto… non se le merita… ma lo avete visto Keaton in Birdman.??? é superlativo… e poi boyhood è un esperimento interessante ma come cacchio può essere superiore a GBH o al sopracitato Birdman… almeno c’è lego movie

Per esempio io ho visto GBH proprio l’altro giorno e per carità per scenografie e costumi è superalitvo. E anche lo stile è inimitabile. Ma non mi ha fatto strappare i capelli… magari non ero in serata. Però la maggior parte dei film in gara la devo ancora vedere. Recupero piano piano…

Molto contenta per The Theory of Everything, ne ha vinti tre di premi non sembrano eccessivi e a me Eddie Redmayne ha incantato in questa interpretazione.
Keaton è bravissimo, infatti in tutti gli awards con le due categorie divise hanno sempre vinto entrambi, quindi non trovo la scelta di premiare Redmayne inglese con un film inglese ad un awards inglese, insomma ci sta. E se lo merita!
Contentata per J.K. Simmons che con la sua interpretazione in Whiplash è eccezionale. Menter il rising star l’avrei dato a Miles Teller invece che a O’Connell però in tutta onesta quest’ultimo non l’ho ancora visto in broken.
@Lalla credo che molto probabilmente tu avessi una grande aspettativa su GBH, visto che se parla da un anno ormai e quindi è naturale che non ti abbia fatto impazzire, secondo me.
